Due to the perishable nature of our products, all cookie sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If there’s an issue with your order — whether something arrived damaged, you received the wrong item, or your cookies didn’t meet expectations — please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right.
